Prices - Prices charged will be those ruling at date of dispatch & are shown in GBP, Please select alternative currencies as required. All goods subject to availability. Please note all invoices in currencies other than GBP may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations. Any products currently not ex-stock will be notified by e-mail.
Carriage - Deliveries are usually despatched within 5 working Days. Free First Class Recorded Delivery applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom. If you want your sunglasses urgently, we ship Citylink / DHL for £5.95. We also ship overseas to the USA, Canada & Worldwide Insured AIRSURE for £6.95.
Delivery Times & Non Delivery - Please Allow up to 21 Days for Delivery. Under Royal Mail / Courier terms & conditions, all delivery times quoted are approximate. Claims for non delivery must be made in writing to Accuity Ltd within 28 days of date of dispatch notice.
Goods Damaged in Transit or short Deliveries - If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. If your delivery is incomplete, again notify us within 3 working days & we will autherise a return & credit as neccessary
If you have changed your mind - If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to cancel your order, or return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 3 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 14 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received at Accuity Ltd, we’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method less a 10% administration charge.
Return of Goods - All goods to be returned must be authorised before return. To arrange a return please contact the Post Lenses sales office on 0870 085 3279 or Fax 0870 762 5839 or e-mail returns@directsunglasses.co.uk. All goods returned, unless faulty or damaged in transit, will incur a 10% administration charge. Once authorised please return the goods to our distribution centre:

Payment - All Payments must be made in advance. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and debit cards such as Switch and Delta.
Refunds - All refunds will be processed under uk law, we are bound by the Distance Selling Directive & all refunds due (less any administration charge) will be processed within 30 days of notice of cancellation or return of goods.
Export - We are a UK supplier and our products are aimed mainly at the UK market, We are however more than happy to ship worldwide for £6.95.
