- Deliveries are usually despatched within 5 working Days. Free First Class Recorded Delivery applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom. If you want your sunglasses urgently, we ship Royal Mail Special Delivery 24 Hours, please call us to check the product is in stock. We also ship overseas to Europe, the USA, Canada & Worldwide using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery.
- Far East Shipping
- Please note, we do not ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam or other Far Eastern Countries, unless the purchaser is a UK citizen with a registered UK Credit Card, residing overseas.
- Damage or Short Delivery
- Damage and/or shortages must be noted and notice given to Accuity Ltd within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
- Delivery Times & Non Delivery
- Please Allow up to 21 Days for Delivery. Under Royal Mail / Courier terms & conditions, all delivery times quoted are approximate. Claims for non delivery must be made in writing to Accuity Ltd within 28 days of date of dispatch notice.
- Christmas Extended returns period
- All stock orders, for the UK, placed up to Tuesday 22nd December will make it in time for Christmas if you select Special Delivery. Please feel free to phone us on 0203 397 0012 to check product availability. International orders need to be placed on or before 14th December.
- If you are looking to buy sunglasses, watches or accessories as a gift for someone for Christmas then you do not need to worry about our normal returns period. All purchases from (23/11/09) as a gift for Christmas can be returned to us up until 10th Jan 2010. All Purchases of course must be in the same condition received with tags on.
- Return of Goods
- All goods to be returned must be authorised before return. No unauthorised returns will be accepted. All returns will be at the customers own expense unless previously authorised. We recommend all returns should be sent by a recorded delivery service or registered post to insure your goods.
